We can assign 800#’s or local #’s to place on your advertising so results can be measured. If you are a ILoveLeasing.com lead tracking program subscriber, these calls will be consolidated with all other leads for centralized reporting. Call measurement costs are: $5.00/line/month and .15 per minute. The price of $35.00/month is based on no more than 10 floor plans. If your property has more than 10 floor plans we will adjust the price accordingly.

Our team has a combined property management experience of over 70 years, and we have an IREM designated Certified Property Manager, “CPM,” on staff as well. MessageKast.com will build your friend base and follower base with targeted demographics. You will be assured of fair housing compliance, correct spelling and grammar as well as marketing expertise. Note: This estimate includes three social media sites. Depending on other sites you might utilize like Orkut, Gather.com, etc., the monthly maintenance costs will increase accordingly. NOTE: If you have a new construction lease-up property underway, this fee will increase significantly. New lease-up’s require lots of buzz and plenty of construction updates to keep prospects “on the hook” and updated; therefore, plan on $500 per month with a $1,000 one-time setup.
